We run and support a number of events in Crowborough and the local area each year. Below you'll find details of future events as well as contact details should you want more information.
Remembrance Sunday 2024
This year Remembrance Sunday falls on the 10th November.
There will be a parade through the Town kindly arranged by the Council. The parade will muster at the Waitrose Car Park at 1015 ready to be inspected by the Town Mayor at 1020.
The parade will march off at 1040 to arrive at the memorial at 1055 where the service will begin at 1100 followed by a church service in All Saints which will last around an hour.
All are welcome to join us and can stay for as long or shorter time as they wish.
There will be a road closure in force during the parade and service.
Armistice Day 2024
This years service, held on the 11 November at the War Memorial, All Saints Church will give the Town the chance to pay their respects to the fallen.
We will muster at the War Memorial at 1030 ready for a 1045 start with a welcome from the Town Mayor.
Local schools will read poems with a maroon fired at 1100 followed by a second maroon at 1102 to mark the end of the two minutes silence. There will then be a prayer and we will disperse.
All are welcome to attend. We would like to thank the Town Council for arranging this service.
